Aftercare advice will be given after every treatment, however, if you do not to follow this advice your treatment may not last or be as effective as it should. No refunds will be given once you leave the salon.

We do not offer intimate waxing for male clients, save us both a lot of embarrassment, please do not ask.

Gift vouchers are available on request, and must be used within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months we can refuse to honour them. Gift vouchers cannot be used against any salon offers, or products, or with Hidden Gem Hair, nails by Karina, ultimate sports massage, sue a-lift, and beauty by Carolyn, nails and brows by Mel or SG Academy of Nails and Beauty. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against Simply Gorgeous Beauty treatments and at the salon’s discretion.

All treatments will begin with a thorough consultation, if before your treatment you have a health condition we need to know about please tell us about it. Any health conditions that will contra-indicate treatment, will need a doctor’s letter to say the treatment can take place. This is for your safety and our safety.

If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know no later than 24 hours before your appointment. A 100% cancellation charge will be made if cancelled the same day or appointment not attended with no notice. Our appointments are precious and we would be grateful if you could allow us enough time to fill the slot, as with ourselves if we have to cancel we will give adequate notice, and reimburse you for your inconvenience if unavoidable. If you constantly fail to turn up to your appointments, we will ask for a deposit for any future treatments, or we will no longer honour any bookings you make. This will be at the discretion of the salon owner. By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms.

A minimum 50% deposit will be taken on all party bookings and weddings.

When parking and coming to the salon your vehicle and possessions are your responsibility. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

If, for whatever reason, we are unable to get to the salon, we will firstly let you know at our earliest opportunity and we will ensure that we provide adequate cover for your treatment. If this is unsuitable for you a further appointment time will be arranged.

If you do not book in for the correct treatment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and rebook at a more appropriate time. Please ensure you book your treatments correctly.

We have a zero tolerance policy on unsuitable behaviour within salon. We will not tolerate any abusive or unwanted behaviour of any kind. Any customer behaving in an unsatisfactory way to any therapist at Simply Gorgeous will be asked to leave and refused any further appointments.
